The Social Travel Summit (STS) Team is working hard behind the scenes to create a high-value conference programme that will be both educational and thought-provoking. Led by our conference designer, Janice Waugh (of the Solo Traveler blog), the team is in the process of procuring expert speakers for the topics that we have earmarked for STS Hamburg. Watch this space for speaker announcements!
The Social Travel Summit will be held in Hamburg, Germany on Tuesday, 21st April 2015 and Wednesday, 22nd April 2015. The arrival day for delegates is Monday 20th April 2015. In the afternoon, a variety of city tours will be organised for all delegates. This is will be followed by a welcome reception in the evening.
Monday, 20th April 2015: Arrival day and city tours. Welcome reception in the evening.
Tuesday, 21st April 2015: STS Day 1.
- Day 1 theme: The Business of Social – includes sessions* on neuromarketing, blogger business models, industry panels on working with bloggers, tracking campaign results, creating social engagement and the STS Think Tank.
- Official STS dinner.
Wednesday, 22nd April 2015: STS Day 2.
- Day 2 theme: The Devil (of entrepreneurialism) is in the Details – includes sessions* on social innovations, effective public speaking, professional story-telling, re-purposing content and SEO.
- Instagram walks.
